Describe your own outlook on life in seven words or less. (NOTE: does not have to be a sentence.)
dream big dreams, no regrets, love, laugh
Where do you like to vacation?
Someplace warm and relaxing. Intellectually I want to learn more about other cultures, but it’s quite hard to convince myself to go if they’re in a cold climate. Plus so much of my regular life feels like nonstop running…right now the best vacation for me is one where I get to sleep in, sit still, and read as much as I want.
Candy factories (sweets and treats including chocolate) of the entire world have become one and will now be making only one kind of candy. Which kind, if you were calling the shots?
Yikes. I think I just felt my kids’ brains implode. If it were up to me then it would be Kit Kats. Reeses Peanut Butter cups ran a close second, but I can always dip the Kit Kats in peanut butter if I’m craving that combo. There’s no recreating that crispy, chocolatey crunch of a Kit Kat bar!
Complete this sentence: Something that anyone can do that will guarantee my smile is…
Be kind. Kindness is contagious and always brings on a smile.
Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and are you looking forward to in the week coming up?
Last week we finally got serious about working on the kids’ rooms. Bear’s beyond thrilled to have most of her room moved upstairs, and T-man started to see progress in his game room. It’s nice to see them excited about something other than apps and iPads!
This week I’m looking forward to getting some things checked off my list. Gotta keep chipping away at it, a little at a time.
