Regarding your fridge, is it organized or a mess inside?

Not to be difficult, but I’d have to say it’s an organized mess.  I know where everything goes and, for the most part, everyone in the house cooperates.  But I can never achieve that beautiful “open the fridge and be greeted by labeled Tupperware” moment.

Do you prefer your food separated or mixed together?

Definitely separated.  Foods that are meant to be mixed come to the table already combined – who am I to mess with the master plan?

Do you prefer reading coffee table books (picture), biographies, fiction, nonfiction, educational?

I prefer fiction above all other genres, but when I’m visiting someone’s home and the conversation lulls there’s nothing like a good coffee table book for a rescue.

Close your eyes.  Listen to your body.  What part of your body is seeking attention?  What is it telling you?

My shoulders ache.  They do at the end of almost every day – it’s where I carry most of my stress.  They’re also slumped forward (which doesn’t exactly help with the aching), so my breathing is shallow.  They’re telling me to slow down, breathe, and come back into everything when I’m more relaxed.

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

That’s J.’s surgery went well and he’s back home again.  I’m extremely grateful Bee was able to visit and help with the baby; I hope it made things just a bit easier.

Today I’m grateful I wasn’t in either one of the massive interstate accidents involving tractor trailers that I passed this morning.  I’m looking forward to helping Bear get ready for the father/daughter dance this weekend and the chance for some girl time of my own.
