What do you consider is the most perfect food for you? (It can be your favorite food to something extremely healthy.)
Hmmm…if I’m in the mood for sweet then I’ll be searching out deliciously fudgy brownies. If I’m craving salty then tortilla chips, queso, and salsa are my go to snack. As for real food, it’s hard to beat a good Caesar salad topped with chicken. Or our local Mexican restaurant’s A.C.P. Mmmmm.
Are you focused on today or tomorrow?
I tend to be more focused on today.
If you could interview one of your great-great-great grandparents, who would it be (if you know their name) and what would you ask?
I’d like to know more about how our family came to America. What life was like in Europe, what it was like to cross the ocean, how they set down roots once they were here.

What’s happening in your world today?
I love brownies! I love tortillas chips & (any) dips! I love Caesar salad (but no dressing, no chicken, on account that I don’t really care for dressing on my salad, & am vegetarian; but I do love romaine lettuce, croutons & parmesan cheese shaved on top!)

Brownies are heavenly. Meaning no disrespect, I thought the kid I met who didn’t like pizza was unusual but you are the very first person ever who’s told me they don’t care for dressing on their salad. I can’t imagine a salad without dressing. Then again, your salads are much healthier than mine. 🙂

Hee hee! Actually, the reason for naked salads is not for health reasons, I just find too much dressing makes the leaves soggy & slimy. I will occasionally have a gentle touch of balsamic & olive oil, and of course, potato salad must have mayo.

I love the Rumi quote. Good source of inspiration.

I loved this one. I heard it in a forum on diversity and it just fit so beautifully…

That’s an epic quote.
You once described a hot fudge sundae so sublimely, I read it to my family and we went out for sundaes.

You read my mind! I was thinking about hot fudge sundaes, too, but thought I’d at least try to show restraint in my blogging diet. 😉

That’s a question I’d have too. How did you end up in the US. 😀 Guess the could go for all my relatives.
