Are you a sweet, sour, tangy or other type of person? Take that as you will! 😉
I’d say that depends a great deal on how you come at me. I’ve been told I’m sweet as pie…but if you’re kinda pissy then it might be more like a super tangy pucker-worthy limoncello pie.
Does the whole coronavirus phenomenon worry you? Or are you more a “meh – it’s just another severe flu scare” type of person?
When I interpret worry as an active verb then no, not really, the list of things I actively worry about has narrowed greatly and COVID-19 isn’t on there. But if we’re talking worry in more of a take-notice-of-critical-events-in-the-world-and-make-reasonable-decisions-about-our-plans then sure.
When was the last time you were snooping, and found something you wish you hadn’t?
Huh. Can’t think of a time. Not snooping – I’ve been guilty of snoopy plenty – but I can’t think of a time when I stumbled across something I wish I hadn’t. Weird.
What’s the most pleasant sounding accent in your personal opinion? Everyone has a pleasing accent to someone!
I hate to be predictable but the first one that popped in my head is a British accent. I don’t know if that’s because I don’t have a large library of accents at my fingertips or it’s late or what but I could listen to someone with a British accent talk all day long.
Gratitude: Your chance to share your joy!
Yesterday was a gorgeous sixty-eight degree day. A little sun on my face works wonders.

Thank you Laura for Sharing Your World! I admire greatly the “British” accent as well, but I also am very fond of Scottish. Both nations are ancestors to me, so maybe I’m just a bit home sick for something I never experienced? Anyway, have a great week and here’s to 60+ degree weather on the way!! And Sunshine! ❤

Excellent answers, Laura. I’m fond of a nice Edinburg Scottish accent myself.

Ah, the Scottish. Is an Edinburgh Scottish accent the same thing as Scottish Brogue? or is that something different?

Nope but it is more refined like the Queen’s English.

When you say British Accent I presume you mean the Queen’s English as there are so many accents coming out of Britain! I think we all love the Queen’s English because presumably, that’s the standard of all English accents. It’s how it should be spoken! But isn’t it great that it’s not the only way English is spoken. I love all accents – they add character to the speaker.

They do, don’t they. We were supposed to be in London this week and I was really looking forward to people watching. Just sitting in a crowd and listening to all the voices around me sounded wonderful!

It is but I’m trying to look at the big picture. There’s just no predicting how this virus thing is going to unfold.

British accent is what I thought to – or Aussie. That also works.

You’re the first one who said British accent. You means where they speak proper kings English and cockney! 😂

Good answers, as always, but I share the gratitude today. We have sun and temps in the 60s yesterday and it felt great.
