I don’t want to write this post today. Everything that pops into my head sounds whiny or weird or like a dead end. Like how I want a milkshake – a thick, creamy, delicious milkshake.
That’s it. That’s the post. Where am I supposed to go from there?
I want freedom and fierceness and a fire in my soul for something, anything, while we’re stuck in this house. I can’t feel like I’m floating along in a vacuum, all blah and wishy washy and stuff. Except I do feel all blah and wishy washy and stuff. Which is why I didn’t want to write this post today.
You know what else I want? I really, really, REALLY want a good night’s sleep tonight.

I wonder if a homemade smoothie would work. I make them with bananas, peanut butter, and oat milk, but it’s fun to experiment. Sweet dreams!

Does CBD oil aid sleep? I know you can buy it online, because I get it for my dog. I think this pandemic has everything moving in slow motion – it seems my desire for two day shipping just isn’t gonna happen anymore. And I want to go visit my kids!

Melatonin can help me get to sleep but often I’ll wake up throughout the night. When I combine it with a CBD capsule I’ll usually sleep better — not always, but usually.

Find a place to get a milkshake. It will fix you right up. If it doesn’t, go with John’s sleep aid.

Here take some of my sleep aid. It is not necessarily the tequila that does it. I think it is more the sixteen ounces of lime juice that goes with it. Oh yeah and the salt.

I so get this. I tried to force myself to write something this morning but just couldn’t do it. All I wanted to say was – I’m bored, I’m tired and I’m sick of this virus. I’m also sick if not been able to shop without the need for a full chemical and biological suit. Also sick of not been able to get the foods I want or those that are good for me. Just blah….

I’m happy that you realize that you don’t have to do SoCS posts, that you’re free to fiercely refuse to participate whenever you want. How’s that for a way to not feel stuck, at least in one part of your life? 😊
