Laura, first timer here. There is a great business book called “Built to Last” by Jim Collins that highlights 19 companies who have dwarfed their competitors over time. One of the common themes of these companies is “Be more than profits.” Each of these companies were good community citizens. Granted their missions were not totally altruistic, but they wanted to be a place where people were proud to work. Keith

Hey, Keith, so glad you dropped by! I think more companies are realizing including values in their operations/company philosophy pays off in ways you can’t really measure. Here’s hoping that philosophy keeps spreading in the corporate world.

profits are okay. But values are much more important.
