Which would you rather throw away: Love or Money?

In the abstract this is easy to answer – throw away money because love is priceless. Also because life without love is a bit faded. But the part of me that’s brutally honest says this is the answer of a person who, even in her younger don’t-have-a-lot-of-dough days, was never in danger of being homeless or going hungry. It’s easier to say who needs money when you’ve never been so far down you don’t know if you’ll make it out.

Do you believe you should do one thing a day that scares you?

Nope. Life’s too short to terrify myself daily.

What’s the last thing you do at night?

Brush my teeth, put in my retainer (sexy, I know), then do crossword puzzles until I’m sleepy enough to drop off.

If you could own a mythical creature (unicorn, phoenix, etc.), which one would you pick? (A nod to the soon ending 2021 A-Z Blogging Challenge, my topic this year “Mythical Creatures”)

I hate to go for the obvious choice but duh, unicorn! Who could resist sitting on the back porch, sipping morning coffee, smiling as the unicorn canters through a field of flowers?

What Are You Grateful For?

I’m exceedingly grateful to be vaccinated. I’m even more grateful that by the time we’re mid-May ¾ of my household will be fully vaccinated. It’s been an incredibly long year.
