What do you believe but cannot prove?

That the energy you put out into the world comes back to you.

Do animals have morals? Exclude human beings from the equation please.

Yes, in the sense that their behavior is driven by a pure motivation. Unless humans interfere with fight training a dog attacks to protect their owner. Animals in the wild kill for food, not sport. I can’t think of an example when an animal takes morally questionable action.

Is there inherent order in nature or is it all chaos and chance?

I think there’s an inherent order that might not always be clear to us. I guess I just take it on faith that the chaos all around me would fall into order if we were able to see the whole view from, say, space.

Where is your least favorite place in the world?

Lying in the dentist’s chair, mouth jammed open with two or three blocks, with two sets of hands and/or instruments making it hard to suck any panicky breath into my lungs.

Feel free to share something about the seasons that makes you smile!

I love that there’s something about every season that makes me smile. Flowers blooming in the spring, the relaxed pace of summer, rediscovering how much I like wearing boots in the fall, and cozy winter days curled up watching movies with my family and fur babies. It’s nice to know there’s something positive year round.
