This has been one of those weekends, you know? I spent Sunday trying to sleep off this massive headache and I’m no closer now than I was yesterday afternoon. Time to close the laptop, pet a dog, and try to breathe my way into the next step.

Sounds like it’s time for you to take a hiatus from all of those things that are standard parts of your day – the blogging, the cleaning, the whatever – and just pamper yourself. Rest up. Relax. Forget there’s a world out there.
