I can. Technically. I just very much prefer not to.

Do you prefer early morning or late evening? Or something in between?

I prefer late evening. Once dinner is done and cleanup handled I can finally stop thinking about what’s still on my To Do list and relax.

Do you like avocados?

I love guacamole and avocado sauce, but avocados themselves? Not particularly. Weird, I know.

Is mind or matter more real?

“More real” throws me but I think I have to answer mind for this one. Matter clearly exists on the physical plane but the mind influences everything. It can even convince the body to feel physical pain.

Are people in this current generation less or more sensitive than people from past generations?

This one will be rambling, buckle up. It all starts with the exact definition of current generation. I’m electing to believe we’re not talking about Generation Alpha which apparently consists of those born 2012 through at least 2025. They’re just too young for me to sort this one out. So that means we’re talking Generation Z — people born between 1997 and 2012. In some ways I think Gen Z can be less sensitive as a result of being bombarded with constant social media presence and 24 hour news cycles. That tends to desensitize a person.

We just saw a baby deer wander up beside our backyard fence, nibbling away at the knockout roses. I know I should be mad about the roses but I just enjoyed watching the deer. You can check it out on my Instagram feed.
