I’ve been having some conversations lately about what it’s like to walk through this world as a woman. No, not with women, we already know. And the scope is hard to put your arms around so it’s more like okay, here’s a piece I can carve out to break down.

It’s not easy to help someone who’s always walked through spaces with male privilege see things through our eyes. I’d imagine it’s how people of color feel when they try to get us to understand their experiences.

Anyway, I stumbled across this video last week and it perfectly explains why #notall doesn’t work for us. Take a look.
