I swear, God must be traumatized by the absolute mess we’re making.

As somebody else said : ” I am tired of moments of silence and prayers.” It is time to vote these charlatans out of office and to put sensible gun legislation in place.

I just don’t understand how we aren’t there. I swear the first yahoo who brings up second amendment in this discussion will be surprised. I’m not staying quiet.

Something has to be done to prevent such tragedies.

I’m furious because we know what has to be done but the people in power won’t do it.

We have the same cycle here. Thoughts and prayers, distress for the lives lost, then dig into the shooter’s life and find the *individual* reason this one person killed. That way they can pin it on this one person and never address the system that allows this to happen over and over again.

As I said in another comment, in any other country the public outrage would have forced the government/ law makers to ban or restrict the guns.
