Do you use an ‘air freshener’ in your home/car/office? (solid, gel, spray, pot pourri, etc)
I do but to say I’m picky is a ridiculous understatement. Anything that smells too industrial or intensely floral is banned. My favorites are the odor absorbing gel beads I keep in the bathrooms.
How often do you clean the oven or microwave?
Brutal honesty demands I say not often enough. I clean the microwave at least every few weeks, but the oven? Umm…
Do you use a fabric conditioner in your laundry and/or fragranced tumble drier sheets?
Sure do. Just got some leggings that proclaim DO NOT USE FABRIC SOFTENER and let me tell you, it’s messing with my laundry mojo.
If you have the choice, do you prefer to get your laundry dry outside on a line or use a tumble drier?
I use a tumble dryer but to be fair I’ve never used a clothesline. We’re in peak pollen season at the moment so I’m having a hard time imagining how that would work. Plus we have cat/dog hair on everything — fur babies, gotta love ’em, but the dryer plays an important part in removing said hair from our belongings.
Gratitude: Each day has a fresh start, so don’t dwell on bad yesterdays.
I like that, it’s good advice. I’m not always great at it but hey, the world is filled with second chances.
Today I’m grateful for time to write, lots of birds at the feeder, freshly cleaned floors, and remarkable people willing to share their knowledge so I can learn.

Very well answered Laura. I use the dryer to remove stuff that washing doesn’t. Like glitter that my granddaughter spills while making her princess wand and crown. 😍
