Is your home heated by radiators, underfloor heating or an open fire?

Ours is heated by underfloor heating. We have gas fireplaces but rarely run them.

What is a comfortable temperature in the colder months for your home?

We keep it at 68°F. I’m not exactly sure if I’m comfortable at that or I’ve simply adjusted.

What is more appealing, a mug of hot coffee or tea, a bowl of warming soup, or stew and dumplings?

You know I love my coffee all day long but there’s something about a bowl of soup that’s both warming and comforting.

Would you prefer to share the dawning of a new day or a beautiful sunset?

This is so funny, I was just talking with someone about this! I prefer the sunset. Not so much philosophically because if we’re talking pure ideology then witnessing the start of another beautiful day is appealing…it’s just that sunrise Laura comes at a time of day when I’m not necessarily pleasant-to-be-around Laura. So sunsets it is.

Gratitude:

The sound of waves hitting the beach, two butterflies chasing one another, the sun on my face, and one giant bubble that floated past our window this morning. No reasoning, no explanation, just a giant bubble bobbing along on its way. I got a laugh out of that one.
