If you were an animal, what would you like to be?

I feel like my answers to this kind of question show a stunning lack of creativity. I never pop out with I’d love to be a jaguar exploring the rainforest or I could see myself being a roly-poly panda bear, bumbling my way around a forest. I’ve embraced my rest era, though, so I’m gonna loud and proud say I’m up for the cushy house cat life.

Do you prefer curtains or blinds at your windows?

Most of our windows have blinds alone. I just can’t seem to motivate enough to work out the decorative side with curtains. Our bedroom came with these pretty gauzy things that kind of drape across the top and down the sides but blinds give more function when it comes to blocking sunlight.

Do you and/or your partner drive?

We both drive.

When was the last time you rode a pushbike (bicycle)?

Blessss…my brain is working far too hard on this question. For the last few years my only bicycle memories are the ones in the gym.

Gratitude:

The chance for snow, real snow, not-just-sleet-but-maybe-snowflakes snow this week. It’s North Carolina, though so we’ll see what happens.
