Yes. Unfortunately. I do not enjoy the experience.

What colour are your eyes?

Brown. I’m a writer, that should probably be something like a deep velvety chocolate brown but whatever. They’re brown.

Do you wear glasses/contact lenses?

I wear glasses. Started wearing them full time in my forties, I think. Or maybe my thirties, who knows. There was a brief and misguided attempt at contacts instead but sticking something in my eyeball was never gonna work out. “You’ll get used to it” did not, in fact, appear to be true in my case.

Which is your favourite room in the house?

I love our family room. There are comfy chairs and couches, a beautiful coffee table (random, I know, but I love it), the cat platform, and a stretch of windows looking out on the trees behind our house. It’s also the room that houses all our best books and is the central hangout for the fur babies too.
