Can you speak a second language?

Not in any meaningful way. I have a smattering of Spanish in my arsonal along with a dash of Italian and a smidge of French. I even know a bit of sign language. I’d love to get fluent in one of those someday.

As a child, what did you find easier, climbing a rope or climbing a tree?

Climbing a tree for sure. Better weight distribution and I’m able to use my legs. Climbing a rope is all upper body strength and I’ll flat out say it — my arms aren’t my strongest feature. Ahem.

Did you prefer maths or science at school?

Whoa, maths or science? I’ve got to pick one of those? I can’t say I loved either but I guess I’d have to say…math. Marginally.

How would you describe your sense of humour?

Dry, sharp, ironic, occasionally twisted, highly personal, sometimes offensive, filled with inappropriate snorts at inconvenient times.

Gratitude:

Warm banana bread, fresh strawberry cobbler, 70 degree days in May/June, decent water pressure, and a left foot that can wear my Clarks flip flops again.
