Do you have a favourite movie you never tire of watching?

I have a few that I’ll always watch when I’m in a certain sort of mood. The Proposal, the Jason Bourne series, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Practical Magic, and Pleasantville all make my list.

Do you have a favourite song or special song as a couple?

We both bop along to Van Morrison’s “Brown Eyed Girl” and danced at our wedding to Billy Joel’s “Just the Way You Are.”

How do you relax in the evenings?

I watch tv or blog or play a block puzzle game on my phone.

Do you celebrate special birthdays or anniversaries?

Well…kinda? We’re pretty low key so celebrating looks like grabbing dinner or a movie.

My friend told me about this app called Merlin Bird ID. You can turn on the microphone and it will identify birds singing around you. If there are multiple ones listed it will highlight which bird is currently singing. You can also take a photo and the app identifies the bird. At the risk of being the weird bird lady it is remarkably cool.
