I feel like that’s very true. Sometimes I’ll meet people like this and think what on earth possessed them to go into that field?! It’s mind boggling.

Yes, but someone has to take up these jobs too.

Absolutely. For a couple of years my daughter thought she wanted to study to be a dentist — I couldn’t relate 😊 but she was passionate about it and it was nice to see. I figure all of those jobs have people who are built to appreciate them.

Very true my friend. My son is a chartered accountant and I found his tomes to be dry and un- interesting. But he loves his job.

So, being old I remember Derek & Clive Live (an old and very vulgar album by Peter Cook and Dudley Moore) and I recall that ‘Retrieving lobsters from Jayne Mansfield’s arse’ was Clive’s worst job. Wanting to make sure my memory wasn’t playing games I looked it up and Google AI felt it necessary to inform me that this was ‘a joke with no basis in fact’. Who’d have guessed?

Not AI trying to teach you what a joke is! 😂🤣 That’s a very specific memory you have about worst jobs. It’s funny what sticks with us.
