Lately I’ve been listening to a group called O.A.R. (short for Of A Revolution). I first heard them at that music festival we went to back in September. (I gabbed about that experience here if you’re interested.) I can’t really put my finger on the why — their music is catchy with a smooth bop and great melodies.
I’ve only just begun digging in so my extremely short form answer is this music gets under my skin in the best possible way. They’re worth checking out.

ooh very cool sounds from this band. I’d not heard of them but I sure like what I’m hearing. Those last two songs were my favorite of these here. 🙂

Aren’t they great?? They were a hometown band at that music festival so we were definitely the odd ones out not knowing who they were.
