Welcome back to Dan’s photo challenge. We’ve in a series on views from various things and places. You can check out Dan’s photos for the prompt at his weekly blog post here.
This week’s theme is views from public transportation. I’m gonna flat out admit this is not my category. We don’t have mass transit in our town (though they’re starting to develop a bus system so yay for that). I’ve been on the metro in big cities and bus tours when we travel but my photos from those are always terrible and I must have deleted any I tried to get. So here we are — it is what it is.
BrightSide gets photo credit for these. He got them while taking the kids on a helicopter tour in Kauai. I was sitting by the pool due to my One-and-Done philosophy because…well, helicopters. Yikes.
A bit of a cheat here since this was taken from a car. In my defense it was a public rental car.

I love these photos! Taking photos from a car (or train) is always fun, would be interesting to take some from a helicopter.

My husband did a great job. I’d imagine so much depends on the weather and lighting…

These are great photos, Laura, and I fully support the view from a rental car. As I always say, I’m not any good at enforcing rules.

Thank you! I think photos from a plane is still coming up, helicopter pics should be great for that one. 🙂
