Can you speak a second language?

One could say I know enough of three languages to get myself in trouble. Well, that’s not exactly true, my high school French has faded enough to make me bumble along in a very Oh là là, c’est clairement une Américaine sort of way. I know enough Italian and Spanish to make a respectable attempt at communicating. I’d love to be fluent, I just need to summon the discipline to put in the work.

Can you remember any popular novelty gadget from the past that is not so widely available today?

Sorry, guys, I’m drawing a blank on this one. I look forward to seeing what other bloggers have come up with.

Can you juggle?

Absolutely not. I’ve never even tried because if anyone was a prime candidate for something dropping from the air and hitting me solidly in my upturned face it’s me.

What is your favourite snack food?

This depends on my mood. It can also rest on if I have edible apples in the house (says someone who may or may not have let the last apple go bad in the bowl). Anyhoos, snacks I like depending on if I’m in the mood for sweet, salty, or neutral: Reese’s peanut butter cups, crunchy Cheetos, and apples with peanut butter.

Sunny spring days, my portable charger, and a recommended spicy birdseed that does indeed stop squirrels from squatting in one of my feeders and emptying it daily.
