Do you sleep with your closet doors open or closed?

Closed.

Do you take the shampoos and conditioner bottles from hotel?

Often.  Our church usually collects them – they either pass them on to the homeless shelter or assemble them into grab bags for high school students who might not have all of the toiletries they need.

What is your usual bedtime?

This depends on how good I’m being.  Very good = 11:00pm.  Midling = midnight.  “I’ve lost all common sense and can’t make myself go to bed” = 1:00am or later.

Do you like to use post-it notes?

Love them.  They’re perfect for personal reminders, chores for the kids, a week long To Do list, and quick grocery store runs.

When was the last time you wrote a letter to someone on paper?

Last week.  I know, I’m ancient, but this question caught me at a good time.

Any phobias?

I have extraordinary difficulty with small spaces and snakes, but neither rises to the level of a phobia, thank heavens.

How tall are you?

Five feet, five and a half inches.  BrightSide always laughed at how I’d be sure to tack on the “and a half” to my height.  I think he gets it now that the kids are closer to standing eye to eye with their mama.

Bonus question: What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up?

The beauty of snow and the chance for two children to romp in the cold for as long as they’d like.

This week I’m not precisely sure what will come my way.  I’m hoping for peace and tranquility for the week.
